I highly recommend living here! The property and units are amazing, the amenities are great. Everything is well maintained and the property truly feels like a great place to call home. The biggest reason I would recommend this complex though is the property manager, Alex. He is genuinely the best! Any question or concern I’ve ever had has been addressed  basically immediately (even on weekends!). Whether it’s a maintenance issue or just a random question about something, Alex makes sure that your issues are resolved as soon as possible. He also always makes sure to explain everything clearly and in detail. Alex also makes sure that every tenant feels valued and I can truly say that I feel that way. I know I can always contact him with any questions or concerns, and he’ll be there to help! I really love my new apartment! It’s brand new, has a great amount of space, and all the modern features make it feel really nice and comfortable. Everything feels clean and fresh, and I’ve really enjoyed making the space my own. Living at the Junction has been so great! We moved back to NWA recently and Alex was able to work with us and get us moved in under a quick timeframe. It's also one of the only few apartments around who do 3month short term leases which was extremely helpful in our case and we are so glad it was! He has been so helpful since too! The apartment is also very well placed being surrounded by trees and adjacent to a beautiful trail we walk our pup on daily. It also has quick access to the highway but still feel like being tucked away! The interior of the apartments are very spacious with modern amenities. We love it here!

I love the property and I have enjoyed living at it so far! The property manager Alex is super nice and very easy to contact and responds fast to any questions I have. The apartment complex itself is only a 10 minute drive from the University of Arkansas and it is very convenient!

We recently moved to Junction at Fayetteville. I have been looking for an apartment for several weeks (since my wife is very picky). In many times, the excitement for the on-site apartment tours turned to dissapointment for several reasons. But Alex (property manager) on the day we just showed up without scheduling the tour made our experience of searching apartment fantastic. He seemed to be very passionate for what he is doing. Since then, whenever we had questions, he was very responsive, easy-going, and clear. Thank you Alex! Of course, we love the interior, amenities, location, and surroundings. I moved to Junction last Monday from Missouri, and the more time I spend here, the more I love it. The best part is the location—it’s so easy to hop on the highway. I also love that the apartment is right by the Hamestring Creek Trail. The layout of the unit is very spacious and thoughtfully designed, too. And of course, the amenities are fantastic: a 24/7 gym and a heated saltwater spa. I was in a rush to find a new place in Fayetteville after moving from Missouri, and it was a little hard to find the right one. There are lots of new apartments going up in Fayetteville, but I’ve never met a manager like Alex. He is energetic, kind, quick to respond, and genuinely sincere, which made me feel comfortable and excited about moving in and becoming part of this new community. I highly recommend The Junction at Fayetteville.
